Our Mission
The Loving Hearts Animal Society is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) no-kill animal rescue organization focused on providing shelter and care for lost, abused and abandoned cats and dogs in East and Southeast Texas.
Our mission is to protect the health, safety and well-being of homeless companion animals, facilitate their adoption into loving homes, and provide permanent sanctuary for those that are left behind.
We believe that by providing dedicated rescue and adoption services, raising community awareness, and partnering with local authorities the Loving Hearts Animal Society can promote a better solution to the use of euthanasia to bring the homeless animal population under control.
